The 14th was somewhat of an odd day in Ngamo. The pride was dotted about the site in various locations; AT1 was resting in the Kruger area of the site with two of her favoured pride members, Nala and Narnia, Milo was resting alone in Etosha and the rest of the pride were nowhere to be found. It seemed Valentine’s Day was going to be a bit of a lonely one for Milo.
AT1, Nala and Narnia spent their whole day relaxing in the long grass of Kruger but by early evening they rose from their catnaps and began to take a leisurely stroll. Their walk took them all the way through to the area known as Camp and it was there that they met up with the lone Milo.
Milo's new favourite spot
Over the last few days Milo seems to have discovered a new resting spot and it is a spot quite unusual for him; high up in a rather grand-looking tree. As the girls wandered slowly through Camp the sight of Milo looking the coolest cat on the block seemed to be too much temptation for Narnia and she briskly approached the tree and climbed up the trunk to join the handsome male. Not wanting to miss out AT1 attempted to join them but, try as she might, her efforts were in vain and she soon gave up and took rest upon a nearby anthill instead.

AT1 tried to join them, but there's only room for two in this tree
As we have begun to notice over the past few months, Milo is becoming more and more tolerant of Narnia as she makes efforts to greet him for his acceptance, and today, on a suitably amorous day, Milo greeted the lowly female as she joined him in the air to share what seems to be his new favourite place. And, as the rays from the setting sun washed over the grasslands, the pair sat together regally surveying their beautiful territory.
